So you've got an awesome looking shiny new ring on your finger, now what?
First, you're going to need to install the McLEAR RingPay app on your mobile device.
Click the appropriate link for your device below to get started.
Your activation code can be found on the sticker on the front of the shrink wrapping, and in the "Order Complete" email you were sent when your ring shipped.
Minimum device requirements
For Apple Devices
You’ll need to have iOS 11 or above installed if you have an iPhone or iPad.
For Android Devices
You’ll need to have Android 12 or above installed.
To set up your ring you’ll need to have a form of identification to hand, such as a UK Passport or UK Driving Licence.
The McLEAR products and associated payment accounts are issued by PayrNet Limited (“PayrNet”) pursuant to a license from Visa. PayrNet is regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Ref: 900594)
If you’ve lost your ring or it has been stolen, please open the app on your mobile device and click to pause transactions immediately. This can be reversed if you find your ring.
If you do not have access to the app and are sure your ring is gone for good, please email us to cancel your ring. Please note, this action is non-reversible and will completely disable your ring forever.
