First, you're going to need to install the McLEAR RingPay app on your mobile device.

Important - your activation code can be found on the sticker on the back of the shrink wrapping. Please retain this.
Minimum device requirements
For Apple Devices
You'll need to have iOS 11 or above installed if you have an iPhone or iPad.
For Android Devices
You'll need to have Marshmellow or above installed.
To set up your ring you'll need to have a form of identification to hand, such as a UK Passport or UK Driving Licence.
The McLEAR Payment Ring is issued by Wirecard Card Solutions Ltd (“WDCS”) pursuant to licence from Visa. WDCS is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to conduct electronic money service activities under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Ref: 900051)
If you've lost your ring or it has been stolen, please open the app on your mobile device and click to pause transactions immediately. This can be reversed if you find your ring.
If you do not have access to the app and are sure your ring is gone for good, please call 0800 0470997 to cancel your ring. Please note, this action is non-reversible and will completely disable your ring forever.
